I would like better tutorials explaining how to troubleshoot problems that arise when using multiple stores/multiple branded labels/ pick lists. My branded forms are crossing over and show up in the wrong store's printed items.

ShipStation recently forced users into a new interface that is awful and buggy. It now takes much longer to get packages out the door and creating returns and return labels takes twice as long as it used to. Good luck getting anyone from ShipStation to respond to help requests. Actively looking for a replacement because of how slow it's made fulfilling orders.
Shipstation has streamlined our process. It has made it very easy for us to receive our orders and get them shipped very quickly. The customer service is great they even call to make sure that we don't need any help with anything. I would recommend Shipstation to anyone using Shopify.
Scale your ecommerce business with Shipstation. Don't waste time manually creating labels and sending tracking info to your customers. With Shipstation, you can do all of that with a few clicks. Setup is really easy and if you ever have any trouble, they have a dedicated team to help.
I can't believe that I waited so long to start using ShipStation. It's really easy to use (much better than the online USPS system), and has saved us tons of time. The biggest payback for us are those pesky international orders, and the time it would take to fill out customs forms. I can't believe it every time we do it, now it take seconds and it's complete.
I have been using Ship Station now for three months for my small e-commerce business and it has been amazing. As soon as an order is made from my Shopify store it ports over to Ship Station immediately. When I log in the order is already there waiting for me with all of the customers information. All I have to do is select the shipping method and print my labels. Before deciding to partner with Ship Station I had considered other shipping solutions but during my 30 day trial Ship Station was involved and hands on about showing me how to navigate their software in providing easier tips and solutions to help make my shipping solutions easier and faster. They completely won me over. I'm so glad I made this choice!
We've been using ShipStation for a month now and it has changed the way we do order fulfillment. We can batch up shipping labels to send to our warehouse and send tracking numbers to our customers, all in just a few clicks. It's fantastic.
I am so frustrated at this app and the lack of support that we have been receiving. Ever since the update, Shipsation has been a total disappointment. We used it without any issues for the past 5 years but once the upgrade happened, nothing has been functioning properly. It's time-consuming to have to reach out to tech support constantly because their app isn't functioning properly. I am looking into a different fulfillment app.
Great app for small businesses and includes everything you need to ship hundreds of orders a week with little-to-no hassle. Built-in UPS rate is also absolutely fantastic through them Would highly recommend.
