This is the perfect solution for a business our size. Plug and play with no custom buildout, easily split orders between fulfillment centers, basically anything you need to do is built in. Can't recommend it enough.
I have been trying to avoid buying shipstation. However after a friend that I respect said he has been using it for years and wished he started much sooner. I decided to go with the trial, I was using stamps and or endicia to manually ship each and every order via amazon,ebay and our website.
I tried several other plans such as ordoro, endicia pro, and many others. I was instantly sold on shipstation after being able to print packing slips on 4x6 thermal printer along with the original postage label. I am extremely happy and I know I will keep the service after the trial. I have already saved on average of 2 hours each day since investing in the trial.
I would have signed up sooner if they made it more clear that you can add an additional sales channel for only $10 each.
Make sure this is on your list before buying anything ... Use the trial and test it out to see if it will fit your business needs.
Shipstation has greatly improved our shipping.
I had awesome customer service during the setup and integration process.

Shipstation is a great app that is functional and does what we need it to. Couldn't run our business without it or a similar app, and we have found them to be the best provider of their type of service that we could find.
We love shipstation! It allows us to manage all of our brands in 1 shipstation account. We find the shipping prices are usually better than Shopify shipping as well.
The integration was super simple and took a matter of minutes. It has helped streamline our fulfillment and being able to print multiple labels at once for the same item ordered has been awesome. There are a few hiccups with the address validation from time to time but for the most part it catches address errors. It has definitely made the shipping process for our business much smoother.
I used another competitor before trying Shipstation. We were having trouble with the competitor's automations not working consistently. We're a small biz (6 figs rev) and so we really just needed the basics to work. After trying Shipstation, the time we saved with automations working perfectly, every time, was huge. No question, we love the product and will continue to be a customer.
It's time to write a review for this absolutely stellar app. We've been using it for one sales channel (our shopify store) and only recently decided to integrate amazon orders. We used to write out our amazon shipping details into shipstation by hand. We are saving so much time. The integration was quick and painless. Shipstation shipped the amazon orders, confirmed the orders on seller central, and recorded the tracking numbers as well. This app is absolutely worth it.
Shipstation support on getting us set up has been great. Carlos was super responsive & happy to help out with all the issues we had, and take the time to run through things on calls / zooms. I imagine it's a tricky job connecting multiple shipping providers with legacy systems to hundreds of SMEs with different needs, but genuinely feel like they're doing a decent job at it. The main problems we had were from our shipping providers themselves.
