We haven't had the opportunity to use this app yet but the customer service is better than any app we've used.
What can I say. This is the most valuable app we have ever used. We've been using it for about three years now. It has allowed us to track and ship packages across platforms (Shopify, eBay, CrateJoy, Amazon). The pricing is great and it is an absolute must!
ShipStation has been an amazing platform for our business. As our company is new to fulfillment, ShipStation made growing this side of our business extremely easy! The customer service is easy to reach, helpful, and very attentive!
Shipstation is a miracle for shipping, I love it. It's a must have app.

I've been using ship station for over 6 months and I couldn't be happier. They make my life so much easier. Before ShipStation, I was literally printing postage from the USPS website, copy and pasting addresses one by one. ShipStation has always been accurate and a solid platform. If you're not using this app, you're simply not living.
ShipStation saves us hours of work!
For us it easily:
- prints labels in batches, 100s at a time ( we used to do it 1 by 1!!, so annoying to do and takes up so much time)
-sends tracking info to customer then sends off confirmation when it's delivered.
-fulfills the orders automatically in Shopify
-gives us a live rate from our Fedex account, so we know how much it costs without checking on the Fedex site
-now it also gives us the transit time ( new feature!)
-it allows the use of colored tags which is amazing for organization
+ so much more. ..they've added a bunch of new things since we starting using it 4 months ago. So it's going to only get better and better.
If you ship a good amount of product, use this app, it's a must!

I love using shipstation! It saves money on shipping and they have been incredibly helpful, whether it was for set up, answering questions or walking me through processes. What's even more amazing is they contact me to check up on me-- I've never called them!
This is the perfect solution for a business our size. Plug and play with no custom buildout, easily split orders between fulfillment centers, basically anything you need to do is built in. Can't recommend it enough.
I have been trying to avoid buying shipstation. However after a friend that I respect said he has been using it for years and wished he started much sooner. I decided to go with the trial, I was using stamps and or endicia to manually ship each and every order via amazon,ebay and our website.
I tried several other plans such as ordoro, endicia pro, and many others. I was instantly sold on shipstation after being able to print packing slips on 4x6 thermal printer along with the original postage label. I am extremely happy and I know I will keep the service after the trial. I have already saved on average of 2 hours each day since investing in the trial.
I would have signed up sooner if they made it more clear that you can add an additional sales channel for only $10 each.
Make sure this is on your list before buying anything ... Use the trial and test it out to see if it will fit your business needs.

WOW! What a difference a few months makes! So we had tried Shipstation before to have as a backup to our other shipping software (see original review below). It didn't work for us then but it works great now! Now our other shipping software is not working and we decided to see if Shipstation had fixed it's issues and boy is this good software. We immediately switched all our shippers to Shipstation. We love it and it saved us when we needed it the most. THANK YOU SHIPSTATION FOR TAKING OUR EXPERIENCE INTO CONSIDERATION AND FIXING YOUR SOFTWARE!! =)

The software looks very nice and sleek, and the customer service people are nice. I am very sure this company is comprised of lovely people so please understand this review is only about the functionality of the service/website. Where this website/service fails is if you are a volume seller. For example, if you have a large sale where you get 10s of thousands of orders at the same time, the software LITERALLY cannot find any order you look up to ship because naturally those orders will be "pending" shipping. A customer service rep at Shipstation confirmed this is a known issue with them and said they will "suggest" this be fixed. So I have to uninstall this app. If you have the potential sell 5K, 10K, 20K, 30K, 40K etc. orders at the same time this shipping service is not for you.
