I have to echo the other terrible reviews. Yes, the software works until it doesn't. Then, when you're under the gun, orders piling up, and waiting on their awful customer support... you're stuck. I'm jumping ship before the holidays.
This is the worst app and customer service possible. Absolutely disgusting. Shipconnect does'nt work half the time, have to refresh the page all the time as it w on't load, always have to manually push orders to be downloaded even thou it's set up on automatic but full of errors and worst of all they can't generate a proper custom invoice . Don't include prepaid tax, shipping or discounts on it so for Europeean brands is an absolute no go.
Hands down the worst app I've ever used. Things break all the time, nothing works properly, features suck for an app in development for 10+ years, customer service is basically just set up to tell you nothing is possible or "under investigation" with no follow ups or a follow up after like 2 months - with of course no resolution. I don't ever leave reviews for good or bad apps. This is definitely the one exception, and the $0.08/label on bringing our own carrier was icing on the cake.

They almost have worse service than Shopify. Almost. Not worth the ever-increasing-amount of money. Better platforms for cheaper. Wish the FTC would stop Auctane from buying up all their competitors, gutting the service and jacking up the rates.
Does not integrate, does not work. App is unsupported in Shopify. I would steer clear.
I have contacted support multiple times and I haven't had any proper response, telling me that it's not their issue, or to use a work-around that is basic.
Terrible app. We often have issues with orders not uploading. ShipStation Support can take days to begin investigating issue. Huge headache!
I wanted to install the app knowing the app's review is low,
but it's seem these low reviews are correct and it's not a good app at all, After connecting the app to my Shopify store, it never shows orders, first issue
This was the best app we had. Once it was updated IT IS COMPLETE TRASH!! Their support will take weeks with no help. A glitch a day will make you feel like you work for Ship station and not your own business.
ShipStation was just great until a few months ago. Then things started going wrong. The app began to lose track of our scale at random times and could no longer read weights. At first we thought it was the computer we were using so we bought a new one but it did not help. I tried downloading ShipStation Connect and reinstalling it but it still did not fix it. So we decided maybe it was our scale and replaced that as well. All to no avail, so I went to the forum to see if there was anyone else having issues. I found not one but many others having the same problem with the printer or the scale.
That was not the worst of it though. They made a change to the weights and included a decimal place in the ounces. This caused errors in more than one area and I submitted a request to support to tell me how to remove the decimal from my set up. Well, I got lectures, articles and repeated explanations as to why I needed that decimal. I was told that there was no way the decimal could have caused any problems and that it was there to stay.
And that was that - we immediately began looking for a new app to replace ShipStation. Absolute worst customer service and support ever experienced.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
I agreed to $20/month for the app. They have been charging my credit card for $49.99/month for 3 months and refuse to reimburse. Then they tell you that you need to add $$ to your shipping account - In fact for Canadians using Fedex you do not use these funds and they still have not refunded the $$ that I put into my shipping account in the app. They have customer Service until you are signed on, and then its almost impossible to get through to someone.
DO NOT GET THIS APP!
