We migrated 2 months ago and immediately shaved hours off of our order fulfillment process. It used to take on average about 6 hours from reviewing orders to having the last one packed, we've gotten that down to about 2.5 hours through the use of pick lists, having labels printed by SKU and being able to quickly price shipping and print in bulk. ShipStation pays for itself through saved labor hours.
Works great. Orders transfer seamlessly from Shopify. Rates are spot on. Very efficient and friendly workflow!
The customer service is top notch. I had received a call from Stancey, and she helped make shipping easier and even send me the related guides that I wouldn't have been aware of with out her.
She's been keeping in touch to help answer all my questions. It's been by far the best customer service experience I've had.
It makes shipping cheap and easy!
Our new 3PL uses this app for shipping labels so unfortunately we are stuck with them at least for now. Since moving to them I've seen a 20% increase in my shipping costs. They use Stamps.com for USPS which has shitty rates and you can't switch to shippo or pirate ship. You can hook up your own accounts if you have them for UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and some others but none that handle USPS. I'm also not in love with the way the app works and the customer service is non-existent. I want to add a rule for the packers to add an insert for orders auto-tagged in shopify as first time buyers but I can't get it to work and I can't get anyone to help. i'm spending way too much of my time on this app.

Got set up right away and was given a free trial. The shopify integration was seamless and orders import in a timely manner. Stancey has been a great help and deserves a raise!
Great experience using shipstation with our new business so far. Customer service is always so helpful and friendly, which is so appreciated! This platform really allows me to stay organized and gives me everything i need for shipping, returns, etc. all in one place.
I have had a lot of trouble calculating shipping costs. Sometimes my customers are charged way too much and sometimes way too little

Choose this app because it is used by many big brands, the price was right, and the integration between multiple selling platforms is perfect.
Saves me so much time and money when it comes to shipping.
