ShipStation has made our lives easier! The easy-to-use layout is perfect for our small business and having all our shipping needs met in one location is fantastic. The cost is reasonable and we love its one-stop quality for streamlining our Shopify site. Give it a try!

Outstanding! It saves so much time especially when dealing with customs forms for international shipments.

Today we added a refurbished Zebra shipping label printer. Wow! No longer do we have to replace ink and paper. The set-up with ShipStation was a breeze even on a Mac.

If you ship products anywhere in the world like we do, you need ShipStation! And pick up yourself a label printer. You won't regret it.

Shopify, ShipStation, and a label printer are the triple whammy for selling products online.

Update: The only response I've gotten from ShipStation was because of this review. I still haven't heard back from anyone about my problem in most of a week. Seems they care more about how they look than how they actually do their jobs.

It keeps getting more expensive, while the service keeps getting worse.

I've been three days without the ability to create labels, and I still can't figure out if any of the support staff (who appear to be farmed out to a 3rd party now) have even used the software before.

Not only did my fees DOUBLE for using my own carrier accounts, but the service and support are 1/10th of what they used to be.

This is the worst way to spend your money. Find something else.

Im cancelling and moving to Ordoro.

Update: After 2 weeks of outage my issue was finally resolved and we were able to create labels again with the carrier we have the best agreement with.

We lost ~$3000 in increased shipping costs in this window of time. Shipstation was gracious enough to provide us with a $400 credit to make up for this....

Responses were slow, and we were more or less left completely in the dark on what was going on, or what discoveries were made. We were never provided with a reason for the outage.

We are still working to migrate away from ShipStation at this point.

This App has made my life so much easier! I can easily create and print shipping labels after finding the best shipping prices for my customers! I also like to print ShipStation packing slips to include in the package I am mailing! I would highly recommend this App!

What would Fringe Sport do without ShipStation? Probably ship a lot slower, at higher cost, and with more stress!

We've used ShipStation for years and the product keeps getting better- and is still very low priced for the efficiencies and experience it delivers.

On the fence? Just pull the trigger- you'll be glad you did

I find this platform to be very buggy, it goes down a lot and shipments go missing often. It's a very frustrating experience.

ShipStation is our go-to app for shipping. Makes things so much easier. With 25+ orders a day it only takes me roughly 30 seconds to fill and ship a order. Could use a lot of tweaks and feature upgrades but I'm sure they are working hard to get us more features. A highly recommended eCommerce app.

Frequent bugs, frequent unnecessary UI "upgrades", unbelievably painful claims process. Best to just stick with Shopify shipping.

EDIT Dec 19, 2023 - After posting this review, ShipStation reached out and provided partial resolution. Revising to 3 stars. If all is resolved, will edit to 5 stars.

EDIT May 30 2024 - Support continues to be supremely unhelpful and inefficient. Revising to one star, and back to exploring other options.
