Worked great for a few days, bought several hundred dollars of labels and then ceased letting me add credit. Support told me to create a stamps.com account which is insane given that I don't want to pay two monthly fees for two accounts when ShipStation is owned by Stamps.com

ShipStation helps us manage multiple sales channels on one shipping platform. The integrations are smooth, and when we needed help, the account setup assistance was amazing! We have been able to streamline so many SOPs and our quick shipping department is now scary fast and accurate. A+

This is the 3rd shipping platform I've used with Shopify. ShipStation is by far the best. All of the big shipping platforms contract for very similar rates, so for me its not about saving money. ShipStations support is where they shine. I've never had an outage for more than an hour or so and have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to talk to support, even on weekends or off hours.

The interface looks like 1998 and on top of that it doesnt sync your orders. Simple stuff like this that should work. They stole the $10/month subscription because I only downloaded it to use it on orders, and I simply do not see my orders.

Terrible integration with Shopify.
- If an order is edited (products change, address updated, notes added etc) that edit in Shopify does not flow over to Shipstation. So as a small business owner I need to make the edits twice.
- I have two different warehouses and Shopifys split shipping is not supported as an integration with Shipstation.

Shipstation used to be amazing. It's still decent but lately they have had constant bugs, lag times, down times, stuff doesn't sync right. It's still worth the money but barely.

I've downgraded my 3 star review to 2 stars. Constant login issues. Every time they "upgrade or update" their system and/or platform, the issues seem to be worse.

This app will use to be great. It now crashes during each print attempt. You have to login and reset multiple times per day. Submitting tickets to directly to ship station results in fast responses but no results. This is no benefits to either party.

The integration is straight-forward but lacks the ability to configure it to specific needs. For example, we operate a warehouse that both ships and provides for local pickup. The integration will not import anything without a shipping address, so we can't use it for operations (only shipping). Additionally, the frequency of sync is variable.
