Love Ship station streamlines all my shipping into 1 central place.
I am able to ship from multiple sales platforms and use my multiple courier accounts.
I honestly can not say enough positive things about Shipstation and how it really has enabled me to increase my efficiency when it comes shipping out my products. I also love their UI and tracking elements, and again, their system is VERY easy for me to be able to streamline my shipping process.
I actually started out using Ordercup, and then switched over. There is NO comparison between the 2, Not to talk bad about them, but SS simply is a much more refined, easy to use, and simply more up-to-date system.
I also loved the fact that 3 days or so into my Trial, I received a call from Chris Gee on their Team, and he was just checking in to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, which I did. That in and of itself was nice, but what was better is I have built a great relationship with Chris and he does not mind it when I email him quick questions. That level of Customer Service for a online App is unheard of.

This app is awesome! It's a one-stop for order printing, picking lists, shipping, calculating costs and fulfillment. The customer service has been great too!
We are new to using shipstation, and it has been great! Simplifies the shipping process very much and speeds up everything. We used to have to enter all the information into dazzel and fedex and this app does it for you! Very convenient! Glad someone recommended it to us to use! Would recommend it to any business big or small.
Before using ShipStation we dreaded spikes in orders... ok, maybe dreaded isn't the right word (because ^ orders means ^ dollars), but we were delayed 1-2 days in getting orders out when they came in in waves.
Now that we have ShipStation, we don't use it every day, but it helps us stay on track when we get hit by a big wave of orders and that, on it's own, is more than enough for us to justify keeping it around.
For some people it's an every day solution, for us, it's our muscle (and we love it).
Love, love, love Shipstation! It makes my job so much easier. I highly recommend.
I wasn't sure I was going to get much out of Shipstation- I already used Endicia for shipping and I had no complaints. But a friend talked me into trying it and I am SO GLAD I did. The initial setup was a little complicated (not difficult, it just took some time) but I once I had everything up an running- wow, what a difference. I've finally achieved the streamlined, organized, efficient shipping workflow I'd always thought was just a fantasy.
There are way more awesome features than I could list here, but a few of my favorites:
I love the way Shipstation syncs with my sales channels so orders get marked as shipped, tracking emails get sent, and I can manage everything from one convenient dashboard.
I love that I get an alert when I have multiple orders from the same customer, and Shipstation allows me to merge the orders to ship together.
I love automation rules! No more weighing packages. I can't believe I spent years doing this stuff manually. I had no idea. This is a game changer.
The one missing link for me is inventory management- this app does everything else and the info and sales channel integrations are all there already, so it's a natural next step. (I hear they may be working on adding it.)
On a final note- I really appreciate how affordable Shipstation is. This is an app that is extremely powerful and full of advanced level features, but they have a pricing structure that allows even a tiny business like mine to take advantage of them.
Bottom line: if you sell stuff online, you owe it to yourself to try out Shipstation. You don't even know what you're missing!
We use the App to help us sell to online customers and create a better experience for them, easier order management for us and offer the customer benefits and improve their ordering experience. For the most part we are very happy with Shopify. I think the monthly fee for Shopify Plus is a too expensive for the average company, given what we deal with in terms of ingredient price increases nowadays, inflation and just the effort to stay in business. Leveling the playing field for all users would increase usage and thus increase profits for Shopify. The better experience that users have, even at the smaller business levels, the more users Shopify will have.
Perfect! I've been shipping for 10 years and have used every app. This is by far the best in all aspects. Most of them are made for just a few orders a day, or are far too complicated for the average web store. This one is easy to learn, fast, and has an excellent dashboard. Nothing else that I've used comes close. Great!
