Great app for shipping and keeping track of orders and shipments, especially if you own stores in different platforms

Seamless experience - honestly, no complaints.

WORST customer service. Shipstation worked great till they switched to Parcel Guard. They ended up costing us thousands of dollars in damages for one shipment. We have double automatic insurance rules on our account, but what they don't advertise is that if you ship more than one package in a shipment, they automatically turn off your insurance. Been back and forth with customer service for months over the issue. Cancelled our account because of how much money we lost. Said they were going to give us a refund, went silent for weeks, stopped responding to our emails then a new support person popped back in after we cancelled and said sorry to see you go and no refund.

Integrating ShipStation with our Shopify store has been a game-changer! The setup was incredibly easy, and it has simplified our day-to-day shipping process significantly. I've been very happy with ShipStation so far. For the most part, it just works. And for the times that it didn't, some settings adjustments fixed my issues. I find their offering expensive for my size business (really tiny), but it's a situation of you-get-what-you-pay-for.
Customer service has been top notch, even though I'm sure I'm one of their smallest accounts.

You can use your own rates and their rates.

We've been using the tool since 2017 with a lot of success. It has helped us scale from 10-25 shipments a day to 2,000 shipments a day.

ShipStation is so easy to use. It walks you completely through the process of shipping your package. It sends notification about upcoming changes to carrier pricing, and services.

It also gives you Shipping analytics which is very helpful.

Greetings.....This will be my easiest review for 2024. SHOPIFY absolutely rocks. Their customer support is exceptional, their platform is clean and efficient. Very user friendly and simple to add products and shipping methods.

If you are on the fence on selecting a platform for your company, I will save you time and effort trying to decide. Go with SHOPIFY.

ShipStation has been a crucial tool for our operations. It offers many amazing features and can do much more than you think at first. Been using it for over 2 years and very happy with it.

Great! Works really well with Shopify. Only complaint is orders take over an hour to import from Shopify to ShipStation, so sometimes I have to wait a bit before fulfilling a new order. Everything else is great! Super easy to set up and has all the features I need to run my small business.
