We have been loving Shipstation. The team is super helpful and we recently moved to their barcode picking and packing system which is so much more efficient. We moved to reduce errors and increase speed, and it has 100% delivered on that.

Our promise has always been next day shipping, but as we grew, we couldn’t keep up with that anymore consistently. This system seems to have solved that for us.

ShipStation has been our shipping and logistics partner for 10 years and we've shipped over 100,000 orders on their platform with no interruptions of service and saved thousands. Convenient integrations with Shopify, Amazon, eBay and more. Highly recommend.

We've used Shipstation for nearly a decade and every time there is an issue with their service (Going down for 3+ days, billing issues, etc), you realize just how bad their customer support is. The staff is outsourced and it clearly shows. We were charged nearly 3x our usual plan's rate for "addons" that were deceptively hidden and/or that we did not actually select. They refused to refund us for these unused features when we got our bill. The company is currently in a merger, so it seems they are doing everything to make their books look good, but really - it was never good.

Shipstation has been attached to our Canada Post account - which we never use.

They were hacked, and did not inform ANY of their customers. I have been charged $18,230.00 - and now have to work to get this cash back from Canada Post and my bank.

Sucks you guys got hacked, but you should get ahead of it and disconnect ALL customer connections.

For the most part it all works fine. There have been some automatic updates that have caused our local pickup orders to stop being visible in Shipstation for our shipper to fulfill. This is after 10+ years of no issues. I have not been able to get that resolved.
Overall we have had a good experience, but little things like this impact how we function.

No response to my support ticket for almost one month. I was excited to have both shipping and my returns solution in the same place, but the Returns setup has been stuck in an error for nearly a month. Only response is that it has been escalated to someone senior. No one has reached out other than that. Would still love to use it if someone would help get it going!

We have used ShipStation for almost 2 years now and are very happy with it. We were working with Chelly to implement their inventory management system however we had to put that on hold for now due to a rebrand. We hope to continue with it at a later date as we really liked how it was set

Eric is the entire reason we adore Shipstation so much. The service we get from the team at shipstation is what makes this app the best on our store. The app has changed our entire dispatch method in the best way. We went from manually dispatching orders too sending all products in the most efficient way possible. We never have issues or errors in picking anymore. We would be lost without shipstation!

William Kelly was super helpful navigating our company through an update and explaining new options for price break downs and savings. He is available whenever we need help and gets back to us promptly when not. We have been using ShipStation for over 10 years and we like how it is very user friendly and how they listen to their customers and provide updates that make sense.
