ShipStation

ShipStation has saved me HOURS a week in manual shipping entries. The automation rules alone have been tremendously helpful and the ability to customize labels is an added bonus. Great customer support, I'll be a happy customer for as long as I own an ecommerce business.

Simply put, I could not have done it without ShipStation. This enabled us to go from 0 to 2500 orders/month while handling all of the shortcomings of Shopify order management. I tried other shipping software and this comes out so far ahead it's hard to believe the others even try!

Features I'd love to see:
1. Ability to modify order items (since Shopify doesn't allow this, but customers change their minds all the time!)
2. Ability to cancel orders in ShipStation and have this carry over to Shopify and handle the refund.
3. Ability to auto-split orders based on filters and item shipping preferences.

This has streamlined my shipping. Love it. Makes it so much faster than doing shipping labels through shopify

I started using shipstation about 3-4 years ago and love the integration between shopify and shipstation. You can do stand alone shipments through shipstation; as well as shipstation can give you reports on cost of shipping between any storefront used. This is my go to program and shipping rates are great and the best deals possible on ups when I can ship a package for $10 compared to $16 on other programs. Highly recommended for sure!

Best Shipping company we have used. Combines all of our sales channels into one easy to use shipping station. No more switching from one program to another for different websites.

Very useful tool - I'd say this app is most used app among all other linked to our site. There are some issues with addresses validations here and there, but I do not thing it's the app's fault. And yes, I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

ShipStation has made my life a breeze. Shipping used to be one my most hated things to do since it took absolutely forever, and writing them by hand was monotonous. ShipStation paired up with a thermal printer has allowed me to ship hundreds of orders in the time it took to ship just a few doing it the old way. Absolutely one of the best purchases i've made for my business, and have recommended it to any and everyone with a pair of ears. Thanks for making my life easier, ShipStation!
