Will and his team have been really wonderful. They helped us set up Shiptection on our store. They were patient and answered all of our questions before we added the app and switching from Route. From set up to integration to customers filing claims - this has been seamless. No problems with customers coming back to me saying that their claim wasn't completed. They created a confirmation saying that people are liable for their boxes if they choose NOT to get insurance, so most customers keep it. Been awesome to have in my store to take care of any issues!

This app is the absolute BEST. Payment for claims are ultra fast ( a couple days) and painless. This beats filing a claim with the shipping carriers whom you never hear back from. Highly recommend for any online business!
