I really like this app and I've been using it for a few months now, but unfortunately it bugs on my site every week and the widget disappears and I have to wait a few days for their tech support to fix it. And this happens EVERY WEEK. We are starting to think about switching to another application...
We have just installed the app and testing it. The support has been great so far. They really invest a lot in their relation with customers. I will come with updates after testing.

The service team has been super responsive and resolved some integration issues without a day. It is the most affordable option out there for shipping protection and seems like its a perfect fit for our store!
This app is great for adding shipping insurance to orders. Our only issue is that the insurance shows up as a listing. It shows in review request emails and some customers leave product reviews under the shipping insurance listing. Other than that it's been great!
