Love it so far!

The captain shipping protection is the perfect app for self managed insurance with a easy to set up and custom design interface. I already have shipping insurance through fedex and I just wanted a way to offer shipping insurance to my customers. The customer support is quick and manage to resolve the conflicting app conflict. However I do wish there is an option to add to cart in the checkout page or if the user get prompted if they want shipping insurance if they click checkout instead of view cart on the pop up drawer.

I highly recommend this insurance app. So far I have had a great experience and believe that it will be very useful during the holiday season when customers' orders are more prone to delays and being lost in transit.

This app is great, it is easy to configure and it works perfectly.
Furthermore, the help center has very efficient and helpful staff.

Great little app to add an additional revenue to your store. Looks like it doesn't bug site or slow things down. Will monitor.
