The captain shipping protection is the perfect app for self managed insurance with a easy to set up and custom design interface. I already have shipping insurance through fedex and I just wanted a way to offer shipping insurance to my customers. The customer support is quick and manage to resolve the conflicting app conflict. However I do wish there is an option to add to cart in the checkout page or if the user get prompted if they want shipping insurance if they click checkout instead of view cart on the pop up drawer.

Super easy to install, excellent customer service. Now, I want to see it working with the first claim. But overall very straight forward.
Fantastic option for those who "self insure" via the Shopify insurance. We have used a few different apps and this one by far is the easiest. Doesn't slow down checkout, or the store at all. Customer service was super quick answering a question I had as well. 10/10 recommend this app!
It didn't work automatically with my custom theme, but support helped me out, it's amazing they are 24/7 available, thanks!!!!! Extra revenue, works like a charm
