Shoelace was an app that I decided to install just to check out, and has now become one of my preferred apps to have as a must on my store. The app has greatly benefited my business in terms of retargetting conversion ads, and has helped my business grow. The team is very professional and was always there to assist me and optimize my ads. My re-targeting ROI is at an all time high and I couldn't have done it without Shoelace. Thank you guys.

This company, once a resource to small businesses, changed their business model. Shoelace is not a good partner for a small businesses. We worked with them for 5 years before we parted ways. Pay attention to the reviews that all say the same thing: they once were a solid partner, and now they aren't. Be well.

I've been using this app on MezuzahStore.com for about a month. So far it has garnered me 2,800 of additional sales off about $250 of facbook ads. Needless to say, I am thrilled. Their customer service is also really responsive and helpful. It's also super simple to set up.

Unlike many apps, Shoelace actually produces results. Our store got a €10 return for every €1 spent on retargeting. That's really impressive, no other marketing tool gave us those results. It took a while for our store to get the 1,000 customers to start a campaign which was frustrating but when we did, it really took off. Keep up the good work.
