Shogun ‑ Landing Page Builder

This app is great and has lovely customer service (I asked a question and they emailed me back with detailed answers within the hour). However, I wish the design-by-device-type was set up differently -- it often feels like a maze to adjust margins and paddings per device, with the tool sending you back to a sort of 'start menu' when moving between device settings! It would be great if this tool allowed a view which would only show options for a device type at a time (with no possibility to change the other device settings), to allow for further customisation. Currently, pages on mobile or tablet still look clunky if you have elements in 2+ columns. There are also some header bugs for mobile design. Otherwise, it's a great tool, for those willing to figure it out!

*Update - We've been using this app for a few years not and it's come in handy and is easy to use once you get the hang of how it works. The support team is wonderful! 10/10 for responsiveness and getting our issues handled. This app is really nice once you get the hang of how it works. Very simple drag and drop system. I would only ask for more templates that flowed well for tablet and mobile as I had to create a different layout to fit each device.

Shogun Page Builder is great! Sometimes when I drag and drop to rearrange, it will glitch and I'll have to redo it. But, they have an undo button so that helps!

Customer service is great! Have run in to functionality issues from time to time but most have simple work-arounds.

Easy to use for a novice like me, only problems i have faced are when trying to take over multiple predecessors work. When contacting support, Rhys was quick to respond and very helpful

Love the app and use for four of my shopify stores.

Four stars because the pricing has more than doubled and I will have to look for an alternative for all of my other stores.

This app is really easy to use once you get the hang of it, the customer service is quick and provides you with clear instructions should you encounter any issues

Every once in a while I have glitch that I cannot work out. I am not sure if the glitch comes along with an update or it is user error. But once I am able to be in touch with support they are always very helpful. My one request would be a click to chat support button.
