Had a question/issue with customizing a Shopify Collection page. André responded quickly with the answer, but went beyond by making the fixes himself. Amazing support!

You will save on developer big time with this app. Customer service response is always almost instant. Give the app a few days and you will be a pro even if you are a beginner! No coding! I submitted several tickets and always got prompt responses from their team. Alex and Reese have been especially helpful and even took time to demonstrate things over a zoom call. I had all of my questions answered and they even took the time to show me something upcoming that I am particularly interested in. I love the app and plan to be using it for a long time.

We wouldn't be able to launch within a month without Shogun! Easy to use drag and drop, minimal help from programmers, our designers were able to do the heavy lifting ourselves. One thing I would suggest for the next improvement would be to be able to set templates, although we could create re-usable snippets (which is very useful too), it would be nice to create re-usable full page templates.
