Just started using this app and very impressed. Although there's a small learning curve, specifically to understand how to use sections/columns and how to organize the blocks so the web page will look nice on different screens. The support has a good learning base, tutorials and support seem to be very active. The cost is a fraction of what you need to pay for a web developer to get a similar result.
Marcus! Thank you so much for the kind words. There is a bit of a learning curve; but with good reason! (1) We want the editor to be super powerful, so you can really customize your layouts. Unfortunately, it's not always easy to balance power and usability, we tend to default on the side of power. (2) Some page builders (like Wix or Instapage) let you drag anything anywhere you want and "pull" to resize elements and image. Super easy to use, but this kind of editing (called "absolute positing" can adversely impact SEO and mobile responsiveness). In regard to easier mobile editing, I 100% agree, and we will be making it possible to style elements at the screen size level quite soon. Awesome app. Pricey but does what you need it to do. Especially vs the cost of hiring a developer to build custom templates. Great support too and fast fixes to any issues. You get what you pay for, which is a 10/10 app.

Excellent UX, and I'm no expert. Very easy to use with Shopify. Being able to do some stuff myself saved me a lot of money and heartache!

Good app and quite helpful for our shop!
It helps to make your pages look better compared to the stock pages Shopify gives you along with great customer service for any issues you may encounter!
I use this app to build pages. I like how it works. It would be nice to change the color of the text on the one you need- not from the example pallet.
Probably the quickest and best customer service I have recieved for an online service. Further, the follow up response was a sunday evening GMT, so I was genuinely amazed and very pleased. Its details like this that keep me using a service and will be developing further with Shogun. A great app.
