Customer Service is great- Charles has helped me a lot! So far liking this app way more than others we have tried like pagefly. Only downfall is that there isn't a feature for "apply to all" pages for product pages, but Charles did inform me that Shogun is working on this feature. Overall, I would highly recommend for any store/website.
Charging $39 USD although the app is uninstalled. That is insane. Let me remind you all that $39 is almost double the amount you give to shopify in total. Which is insane
Hey Christian- sorry to hear the frustration. To clarify, Shopify controls billing for all apps in the app store, including Shogun- we didn't initiate the charge. Of course, we will be glad to process a refund promptly. To address the price factor- most of our clients find that the $39/mo cost is significantly less than the cost of custom coding. If you're on a tight budget, we can make some recommendations for free apps that might better fit your use case. Our support team will email shortly to help facilitate the refund. I really nice tool! It's very easy to use. You can build an individual site with all options you need.
Works GREAT with our safeguardian.com Shopify store. We have tried other page builders and Shogun is, by far, the most intuitive and capable. Saved thousand$ by eliminating our web design company for many routine product page updates. Had a question and received excellent support. Highly Recommend!

Shogun Page Builder
We use Shogun to have more control over the look of our website's pages. It's a great app with many helpful features. Shogun's support is also impressive and both times I've reached out to them with questions they have responded quickly and have resolved my problems. Overall a helpful app to have for shopify websites.

There are some limitations to being able to fully customize pages, but Andre was helpful in removing some of the obstacles!
