Whenever I need help from Shogun, there is no help. They want you to hire a professional to do your need on their app.

I apologize in case you felt there has been no help. It looks like what you were looking to achieve isn't a native feature when it comes to the product box element we have. However, we try out best to guide you in the right direction or share a workaround when possible.

Shogun Page Builder
Wow Shogun is a complete game-changer, I have launched many websites but none comes close to the one we built in Shogun. Incredible customization and the support is 2nd to none. Most highly recommended page builder.
Just recently started building my new website on Shogun and the service has been so easy and adaptable to use compared to other apps! If I have any questions support is so quick in responding and is extremely helpful by giving an in-depth response!

Had some issue about the App, but the customer service helped me to solve in patience. I will use this app all the time.

I am so sorry to hear that you're experiencing some frustration with Shogun. I can see that our customer service team reached out about two hours after your initial contact to get this resolved for you.
The issue that you are having is due to there being 6 users on your account being added to Shogun, but you are currently on a plan that allows just 2 users. We would be happy to help you with this if you could follow up with my colleague who reached out to you.

Great App / Add-On to our Shopify store. It lets us create pages in several minutes without coding (but if you want you can add custom code snippets).
Really beautiful new interface, clean and fund and easy!!

Shogun is very designer friendly; I have grown to love working with this app because it is so intuitive that it is almost like a virtual collaborator. The support is superb - some of the best that I have experienced - both in terms of solid, concise visual documentation, super-informative webinars - and the support staff, who have provided me with what amounts to a sort of mentorship that is guiding me to self-sufficiency and ultimately to mastery of the app. It is very clear to me that everyone who is associated with Shogun, both loves and are proud of the product they offer - and in my experience, they have every right to be proud of Shogun Page Builder! The only improvement that I could suggest is that custom elements were available in all (my) plan(s).
Wow! What a review! I'll pass along the comments regarding custom elements on on all plans. Not sure that one will get the stamp of approval, but always happy to pass along the feedback either way :-)

Shogun Page Builder
Shogun is an excellent app overall, with outstanding customer support. It is a must-have if you want to create, duplicate and manage non-generic landing pages.
The only things that still need a bit of work (based on our experience) are:
•The mobile viewport simulator isn't always 100% accurate, so make sure you test your landing pages on a range of smartphones before launching.
•The HTML snippet editor flags up coding mistakes in a way which is too obtrusive, and which you can't simply click away.
•The implementation of headers with a video background could be more intuitive.
However, notwithstanding these relatively minor issues, Shogun is still an essential piece of software.
This page builder has allowed us to customise our website way beyond our themes ability with almost no need for a developer. It's easy to use and they have fantastic customer support.
Great app & even better support team. Whenever running into a question or problem during designing pages they are a chat away from finding a solution for you!
