I've been using the Shogun app for a while now, and I couldn't be more impressed with their customer support and response time. It's not every day that you come across an app that excels in both functionality and customer service.
Whenever I've encountered any issues or had questions about the app's features, their support team has been nothing short of amazing. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive. I've never had to wait for more than a few hours to receive a helpful and thorough response.

The app itself design wise works well for what I need. But I gave it a lower rating because it takes forever to load for me. I've tried clearing out my cache and still it takes over 5 minutes for it to load for me to just be able to edit. It's super annoying to say the least.

First, just so you know, your app is amazing on Shopify, we can have the freedom of design which helps a lot when we are building landing pages. Secondly, it gives us a lot more leverage with our clients with regards to some limitations on the regular theme of shopify, so in both cases, we, as a design firm, look like gold to our client.
