Very helpful. Allowed me to create pages as I really wanted them to be.

Thank you soooooooooooooooo much! Its a great app which greatly helped me design my webpage without any coding skills!
This app is great and has lovely customer service (I asked a question and they emailed me back with detailed answers within the hour). However, I wish the design-by-device-type was set up differently -- it often feels like a maze to adjust margins and paddings per device, with the tool sending you back to a sort of 'start menu' when moving between device settings! It would be great if this tool allowed a view which would only show options for a device type at a time (with no possibility to change the other device settings), to allow for further customisation. Currently, pages on mobile or tablet still look clunky if you have elements in 2+ columns. There are also some header bugs for mobile design. Otherwise, it's a great tool, for those willing to figure it out!

Easy to use, but the real reason for the 5 stars is the customer service. Always quick to reply, and always helpful. I've always left a chat with my issues solved. Can't beat that.

Really amazing app! We couldn't have launched our new site as quickly and efficiently without Shogun. Love these guys!
At a time where we had to get a new site up quickly and professionally, Shogun was the product we chose for our website and it got the job done quickly and easily!
Interface is easy to use and intuitive, they provided answers whenever we needed them and were always quick to reply.
I recommend highly!
Made our plan obsolete without notification. Doubled the cost to just maintain the number of pages we went through the hassle of designing with the app - not trustworthy and not worth $299 / month.

Hi there, Brian. I see you updated the review to a 1 star and I apologize for the trouble that has led to this feedback.
I was looking at your account and I see it it still subscribed to our old/legacy plan. I think there is some misunderstanding here. Yes, the plan is old and legacy, and yes, it has been deprecated, but you are free to be on this plan while the app is installed and the plan isn't upgraded to downgraded.
We are not forcing you to change or upgrade to any other plan at all.
Your account, pages, and data are still there and nothing has changed. We have introduced new solutions such as A/B test, Targeted Experiences, etc, and thus the pricing for the new plan, but you can continue to be on the old/legacy plan.
Apologies for any misunderstanding here. I have reached out via email to discuss this further in case I am missing something and I'd appreciate it if you could reply back to me.
