I had a very odd issue with my site as I was building pages, and I was very concerned that all my work was going to be unusable. I contacted support and Lynsey was absolutely amazing, fixing the issue within 4 business days, and informing me of why it went wrong and what the process was to fix it. I purchased a Shogun plan to create sections to supplement my Shopify theme. I'm new to Shopify and Shogun. Their online support is superb. Someone named Rhys worked with me for half-an-hour, showing me how to create the masonry grid I was looking for. Great app, great service.

After some initial struggles trying to learn how to properly use their platform, I published my first page and am so happy with how it turned out. I have to hand it to Shogun's support team. Colby made himself available to me via email and quickly answered all of my functionality questions and provided video examples made just for me that were very easy to follow.

Easy app to use and great customer service! I did just find out (despite my web designer who installed Shogun telling me I could delete this app after the pages were finalized), that if I do delete Shogun, all the work on the app will be deleted. So now I am stuck paying for the app until/if I end up setting up all the pages differently.
Thanks for the kind words regarding our customer service. Just a heads up that if the app is uninstalled, all of your pages will remain live and active. The pages within Shogun will remain as well, however some of your data such as snippets, analytics, form data, etc. could be removed due to GDPR compliance.

I am still learning all the features of the app, but I really appreciate the ability to create sections. This saves a lot of time in creating my pages in Shopify.
The support is super fast and very kind, and in no time my issues were resolved.
The only thing that would be nice is that for multilingual shops that already have a translation app (which is not Weglog) they can use it for translations.
