A very versatile app that gives you a good amount of freedom when it comes to customizing your pages.

Best page builder app. We use it for all our pages. Some minor things could be improved, but in total a really good app!

Good app...it has empowered our marketing team to create more content without bogging down our dev team.

I fell like this is the best page builder tool. With a lot of page elements it is very useful to create any kind of website without any programming skills.

Also, we can create a custom element which is simply the best.

The support team is very responsive. They have an integrated chat service where we can ask any problems that we are facing and get the solution ASAP.

I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 4. Since I left my review I've spoken to two Shogun experts who got in touch to show me how to achieve the looks I was after. They have been a great help. They were also magnanimous enough to accept all my feedback about how fiddly things are and how unintuitive it can be. However, they convinced me that once you know what you are doing, you can build great pages. My issue was that I was in a rush and tried to figure things out myself and this was an accident waiting to happen..! So my advice to anyone reading is: it is a great tool capable of great things but alIow yourself some time to train on the basics before you get stuck in. Don't be like me, basically..

Shogun has been super helpful for modifying my Shopify Product pages in a drag and drop layout. I was having some issues with how images were rendering on my site on mobile devices. I got online with Shogun's chat and just a few minutes later the issue was resolved and several other questions were answered. Jill is tech support was very helpful and professional. I recommend Shogun!

After running into some issues with their scheduling feature, and after a long wait to have it working again (roughly 8 months), I can say that now the app is working flawlessly. Why it took this long to fix such an important feature I still don't understand. Having said this, we find the app extremely useful, and now that the main problematic issue has been fixed, we have no complains about it. Being completely honest when we encountered the scheduling issues last year we looked at the competition as we thought about dropping Shogun back then. Not a single app comes close to the level of controls and features that Shogun offers. So we stuck to it and now we are glad we made that decision. We use this app on a daily basis and it saves us a lot of work and time by making it extremely easy for anyone in our team to update the content. We had given one start initially when the issues were happening and now are changing it to 4, given that they solved their problems and that they made a great effort in keeping us informed of their progress. Had it not been for those issues I would have given them 5 stars from the get go.

Update: Our frustrations with Shogun are back. The HTML Shogun builds is VERY poorly built, it literally adds hundreds of unnecessary and they follow little to no semantics. I've complained a few times about this, and their response is 'that's how our team built it'.

Oh well.

This app the most for any business! Whether if you want to create a landing page for sales, or just edit your product page. You can do anything you want. Customer service is great. Easy to use. Highly recommended!

Used their Page Builder Functionality and found it very easy to use. It also has ability to create complex structures and create snippets which can be replicated elsewhere which saves a lot of time.

I think they need to add more Slider animation functionalities to improve the options.

Good for VERY basic web development. If you are looking to make an About Us page with some more customization than Shopify offers this app is great. If you are looking to use Shogun to work with product pages then expect extremely slow page load times, very slow editing speeds if you have a moderate amount of elements on one page, and many random errors that are just glitches from the system. The A/B testing feature would be great if it actually worked but it hasn't been useful at all in seeing which pages result in higher sales. This app is almost good but after spending 100+ hours working with it I am searching for a more robust solution as I'm sick of dealing with the shortcomings of Shogun.
