Great customer service. easy to use and build beautiful product pages, blog pages, and help pages.
Used to love this app so much and ive definitely learned a lot but overall it feels very clunky, the design side of things is restrictive at times and you often come across errors/bugs/glitches - the support team are super helpful and reply quickly but the app itself is not as seamless as it used to be/feel.
I have 3 different stores using Shogun, all were built with Shogun originally but i've recently decided to come away from the app as a full time tool and use it now just for sections and the occasional landing page. I think the thing that pushed me over the edge to do this was the introduction of product templates but only to those on advanced plans. None of my stores need ad advanced plan, so this felt like a bit of a slap in the face to us who have been paying for years waiting for such feature to arrive, only for it to be locked behind an upgrade paywall. I did reach out to the support team about this but they didn't help this time.
Hopefully you guys will listen to this feedback and improve an already-great app.

I love how I can easily create product pages and landing pages with ShoGun without having to have coding experience. Support is AMAZING too! Highly recommend.

I lost hours of work with this buggy software. I made some edits on the page, clicked saved then publish then viewed the live page and none of the edits I made appeared on the page. I then made sure to click save then publish again several times and everytime I did that it displays that the page is published but it's still not showing in the live page. When I exit out of the page I am editing then entered again, everything that I made in the last few hours were gone.
UPDATED: Dr. Bakhtiar- the engineering team isolated the issue, and this is now fixed. Again, apologies for the inconvenience. We are happy to provide a refund as our way of showing our gratitude. Thank you.
Dr. Bakhtiar- first of all, I want to extend deep apologies here, I am sure that is an incredibly frustrating experience. Our engineering team has been combing over the code and attempting to replicate the error. It seems only you and one other client had an issue here (still unacceptable). We are on top of it. I really like this app and Shogun is really performing BUT also at the same more complicated compared to other available tools. Nevertheless, if you invest some time and explore the tool, you will learn it quiet easy!
Great thing is that the support replies usually within just a few minutes and is really helpful in every matter!

Shogun Page builder is pretty easy to use (took a bit of experimenting at the beginning to understand how to use it, but after that we didn't have any problems) and is really intuitive once you've got the hang of it! It allowed us to really customize our pages, and their support staff was extremely helpful with any problems we ran into. We definitely recommend this app!

Shogun Page Builder
Every once in a while I have glitch that I cannot work out. I am not sure if the glitch comes along with an update or it is user error. But once I am able to be in touch with support they are always very helpful. My one request would be a click to chat support button.

Shogun is incredible. We can build very professional pages that fit our brand quickly. We are able to scale landing page creation at super efficient pace.
Shogun makes it easy to design and organize Shopify pages. Their customer service is almost instantaneous and very helpful. I would recommend this app as a must have to anyone with Shopify.
For the last few months I have been using a different page builder to build my website pages. When I started looking for a better alternative, I found Shogun. Shogun made me switch over and never look back at my old page builder.
The interactive freedom you have when building ANY type of page with Shogun far exceeds any other app i've ever used. Dont think twice about joining Shogun- you wont regret it!
