I had a very odd issue with my site as I was building pages, and I was very concerned that all my work was going to be unusable. I contacted support and Lynsey was absolutely amazing, fixing the issue within 4 business days, and informing me of why it went wrong and what the process was to fix it. I am very new to this app and so far it is really great. I had some questions and logged on to the "chat" function to seek assistance. I received a video demo as a response, fully explaining what needed to be done to fix my error. I was incredibly impressed with the service and this did in fact fix my issue. It is quite a flexible CMS that is easy for a designer to learn. There are some bugs with fonts from time to time & content management (especially for updating text) is a bit tedious. Overall, it's a great app for Shopify to create good-looking pages or components for our website.

Had couple of issues regarding instagram embeds styling and Rhys took his time to assist with the settings as well as sending me guides on how he's done it which was super helpful for next time!

I love the flexibility that shogun offers when designing a site. It's just a deeper level of customization and expression than regular shopify themes. (To my knowledge)
Easy to use. Well built for developing between mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop. Takes a little bit to learn how to do exactly what you want to do. I'm somewhat computer smart, and found this app intuitive and effective. Give it a try for sure.
