This App has been great. I thought It would be help boost sales and it did! Scout made it easy to personally contact every abandon cart. We boosted sales in a big way (by over 30%) within in the first few days of using Scout. With real personal interactions we were able to convert every person that responded to our calls and texts. (our over-all abandon cart recovery is now at about 70%)

Communicating 1 on 1 with potential customers also gave us super good insight into questions and concerns that customers had about our products that would have otherwise held them back from making that first purchase.

It's a very effective app, and they keep improving it! The timing (of abandoned carts) should improve though, but I still give it 5 stars because there's no other app I've found yet that's this fast in informing me of orders.

Love the Scout App. It sends me messages when a customers abandons the cart or makes a purchase and creates emails to send them that say "noticed you are interested in my store or thank you for your order". I have had customers write me back and say they will now place an order because I reached out. I can also call the person if they leave a phone number. I used this app to help me manage my online business. The majority of my Scout notified abandoned carts have been converted to sales, making this a valuable feature. There is some delay with follow up notifications but Scout is working to improve their timeframes.

This app is the shortway to increased sales and recovered abandoned baskets as well as honest customer feedback, in other words it's going to make a huge difference to your business. The app is perfect for (not only) small businesses with more expensive products. It allows you to speak to your most interested potential customers, close the sale by addressing their concerns and/or get honest feedback from them so that you can improve on your service and your business.

I was so frustrated by not being able to immediately get a notification when someone abandoned cart. Those missed opportunities need to be jumped on ASAP. Scout has not only given me instant notifications, but also sends me all the abandon details I need, along with direct access to get in touch with the potential customer through whichever channel works best.

Scout is a must-have for any business. Every time a customer leaves a checkout without purchasing, I am immediately notified with the customer's contact information so that I can call them back and help them go back and purchase.
