Certainly one the best shopify apps out there as too much automation causes us to lose touch with our customers as human beings. A must have for my store!
one of the best APP there is out there for Shopify, don't be lazy learn how to use it. it helps give a real service on very critical moments that reflect conversions a lot! / and it's free what else can you ask. just say thanks to the people!!!

Great app. Super useful. I love the alerts because it keeps our team on point on the most important calls we need to make at any given point. 1 on 1 relationships are key to our business so this app is definitely helpful. The support has been the best part of the app. I had an issue and they solved it within 24 hours.
Its really great app this wonderful app help us to recoverd 60% of our customers in whatsapp about 1000 $ just in one week

Great app and great customer service. I had an issue and it was solved in the same day. We've used this app for almost 2 years now.
I love this app, it help me to recover a lot of abandoned check out and is very friendly. Also, Ahmed is a really kind and always ready to help. The app now you can download on your phone and send notifications to the movements on your store and is not necessary make ir through Facebook Messenger, this make me very happy.

This app is amazing, it´s a great improve over older Scout. Easy to use and very efficient to recover abandoned carts. The staff is very helpful in all the process of installing it, giving in addition a lot of good tips of making your store more profitable. 100% recommended.

Great app to sell my art. When someone abandons their checkout I get notified through Facebook Messenger which is very convenient for me. I can also do email alerts. When I get the alerts I can contact my lost customer and have a discussion with them. It's also great to know when it happens, I like the alerts, even if I don't contact them, I like to know whats happening on my store.
This team is very responsive, helpful and goes above and beyond to help their clients. It's helpful to receive notification of sales vs. abandon carts and these folks are on top of that!
I Used this app to recover my abandoned checkouts. They have gone from 29% to 9% recovery success. I love the scripts. Very customer focused. Thank guys keep going you'll get there. Great support

Hi Loreto. I do appreciate you taking the time to leave this review. I would however just like to clarify that our app is focused on the 1 on 1 relationship for cart recovery and customer retention. We do allow you to send email, SMS and WhatsApp, as well as phone calls, but those are initiated by you. We send you the reminder, and then we give you the appropriate buttons to send the messages/make the calls easily, but also personally. We know through our data that the 1 on 1 conversation, personal conversation, does a MUCH better job for sales than the automated toosl, which is what I'm assuming you are looking for. If you're looking for automation, that's not what we do, nor do we claim to be an automation tool. I hope this helps and that you'd give our app another try :)

Pretty good so far. Instantly notifies me of an abandoned cart (I tested this by abandoning a cart myself) and suggests what to say to recover the sale.
This app is fantastic and did what we expect. We use it to improve our abandon recovery. If u also want to do direct marketing upon abandoned cart, we will recommend this app to you. Also great customer service. Would be even better if we can add photos to the email template. Thanks

Real time notifications for abandoned carts and sales, with totally customisable follow up options lets you give your customers the service they deserve. Has certainly helped me increase my conversion on abandoned carts and steps up my customer experience. Can't recommend Scout highly enough!
One of the best App to follow up Abundant cart customers through 1 to 1 using Call, SMS, Email and WhatsApp. The app helped us recover 20% Abundant cart. Kudos to the developer. Looking for automated option in next update.
I used this app to help me manage my online business. The majority of my Scout notified abandoned carts have been converted to sales, making this a valuable feature. There is some delay with follow up notifications but Scout is working to improve their timeframes.

I have been using Scout as my primary abandon cart recovery tool for quite some time, it is very helpful because Scout will assist you at the right time to reach customers in proper way and make them complete the purchase!

The best part to me is seeing when customers keep coming back and engaging more with them throuch Scout's CRM suggestions.
As a vendor of really great dog treats, Lucas, I'm sure you don't need to worry about your customers coming back. Scout's just letting you know when they come back --- them coming back was all you!

The app is great. However, unfortunately the delay kills the idea of instant nofications and affects the efficiency of your messages. With me the delay is over 4 hours sometimes.
But I still recommend it.

If you own a Shopify store, and don't use Scout, I guarantee you 100% you are losing sales. Get it while it's FREE!
This should be a paid app, and I would gladly Pay for it, because Ahmad is a genius man who created a genuis sales recovery app.

Scout is a great idea. No other app like it. It was exactly what we needed. Scout is like a personal productivity assistant that helps us run our store better by telling us about the right customer events. It has already helped us recover several sales through the 1-on-1 focused conversations it enables. It alerts us about abandoned orders, repeat buyers, and VIP customers, as well as customers I need to follow up with. Love the app, highly recommend it to anyone who values good customer experience.

Update: More reminders! Yeay! If you are tired of sending out automated stuff your customers don't read, this app is for you. Send a thank you, follow up, say hello - stay in touch with your customers on a one on one basis. Scout will remind you and have almost everything ready for you. I like to customize the email or message to the actual item purchased. It helps a lot since I can't remember this customer order was 30 or 60 days ago - but Scout will let me know!
Keep in mind the app does not send the message or email - you, the human, have to do it.
---- If you are on your phone it will use the default email address so make sure to change the "Send from" account to your business profile.----
