Good app now that we are able to submit responses to customer reviews. Always good to see both sides of a conversation.
So far so good... the only thing I would like to better understand is the Shop Cash Offers. The setup is confusing and more expensive than what I would like to be spending. We have a high AOV and it forces mins on the CPA amounts based on that AOV which makes it impossible to hit our ROI goals.

It's fast to sync which is awesome but the price will use "compare at price" aka retail pricing instead of your actual price... this basically defeats any value from this connector if you're using Compare At Price.

There is no customization when it comes to customers leaving reviews on the shop app. You can't customize the email request sent to customers on your behalf asking for a review, you also can't even see what it looks like. You also don't receive any notification when a customer leaves a review on your shop. The review is also automatically published on your shop without you being notified. You aren't given the option to approve or deny a review, everything it automatically published. If you use any third party review apps like LOOX, this means your customers will be asked to leave a review twice (once by loox and once by the shop app). So many issues with this app and very little features to customize the app for your brand.

Can't even change the store header, random review ranking. So far, only problems.

We are linked to synclogic and pay monthly for that, one of the Wholesale companies we are linked to uploaded a product that was deemed as branded content and we have been penalized, the products are automatically uploaded to our site and can be uploaded at anytime even if we delete it, I feel that they should penalize the wholesaler on Synclogic but we got the short end of the stick.
