When making Collections, the image pulls in whatever image is displayed on the site. Instead, can Shop App allow you to upload an image for each Collection with specific image specs so that the images display better on Collections?

Shop PAY IS A GOOD THIN GOOD THING AND IT HELPS TOO KEEP OUR INFORMAION SAVED SECURELY AND IT HELPS TOO PAY OR USE OUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS WITHIN SECONDS AM REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THIS SERVICE I LIKE IT

My Shop Mobile App was taken from me when I had a fraudulent charge back. After 6 months I WON the fraudulent charge back and was happy that I got Shop back on my phone.
So, what happened is really horrible, all of a sudden I am getting Retailers I don't care about selling their products on my phone, some videos etc... This is a BIG MESS !!!
Retailers and Videos are mixed up with my Brand, I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience.

I sent a message to SHOP, they send me back a ticket and said somebody will call me or send an email, this was 3 days ago, they still have not done anything !! Support is not very good. I don't really know about the APP. I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience !!

Its intimating at first, but once you read and watch a few videos. It makes it easier to use.

For a customer once logged in via Shop, there is no normal way to logout. So if you want to use a different email address there is no way to go to the normal checkout. You can only “switch Shop accounts” so you have to create a new one. Not very user friendly. We uninstalled the app.

Easy navigation within and between stores, good search function, and straight-forward, trusted purchasing process.

Great experience so far ! Hopefully more good business comes thru shop!
