We have been working on our Domain Issue since October 30, 2024 and everyone keep telling us the same words: "I can confirm that your domain issue has been escalated and is currently being handled by the domains team." However, we are in December and no results yet on our Domaine Name being updated and corrected. This ticket number given to us should have been escalated to a Manager's Desk as top priority by now. I am trying to get my business up and running and no one on Shopify's team seem to care about the urgency of our business situation. Their support system is poor poor poor!
For a customer once logged in via Shop, there is no normal way to logout. So if you want to use a different email address there is no way to go to the normal checkout. You can only “switch Shop accounts” so you have to create a new one. Not very user friendly. We uninstalled the app.
Having extreme trouble launching the website. Every time I fix something it says something else is wrong
It doesn’t let me customize it on the app.
I like the app but the customization options are very difficult to use.
