I’ve been using the Shop app for a while now, and it has significantly enhanced my online shopping experience! The app is incredibly user-friendly and keeps all of my orders organized in one place. Tracking deliveries is a breeze, with real-time updates that make it easy to know exactly when my packages will arrive. I also love how it automatically links to my email and pulls in order details without any hassle.
I have an incredible experience on Shop’s platform! The entire process was seamless, from browsing to checkout. Their well-organized website made it easy for me to find exactly what I was looking for without any hassle. I appreciated how they provided detailed product descriptions and helpful reviews, making me feel confident in my choices.
The checkout process was smooth and secure, and I received my order quickly. The packaging was sturdy, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service team was responsive and genuinely cared about my experience, promptly addressing my questions. It was a refreshing experience, and I’ll be shopping with them again!

Easy to use app that is constantly improving and adding new features, and most importantly for merchants, the Shop channel drives new sales and is an easy way to engage with customers. For buyers the channel is an easy way to track multiple shipments and discover new stores. Highly recommended app.
I like it overall. However, I would like a more deliberate and linear approach to setting up shop.
Like instructions to open the site in another window, whereafter one might start in on a series of 15 videos in the first window, and after each one, swipe over the the next, so as to execute what was taught.
Where one went into it knowing:
"This should take 1-3hrs to set up, depending upon your familiarity with this kind of platform, so set aside that time and you'll be off and running before you know it.
And then we'll help you optimize from there with 20 min lessons every 2nd day, all geared towards immediate application."
There's just so much to wade through otherwise that it can feel like the menu at a legacy Jewish Deli.
You've got all the bells & whistles for the more experienced customers, but too many features tossed in too soon, can overwhelm for the lesser experienced.
This is not just you but a common issue in tech.
I would let someone indicate their experience level at get go, and only show them those features that are needed for their level until they are ready to unlock other features, on a gradient, as they get their basics in play.
Take a cue from gamers on gradients and skill-levels rubrics.
Tech segments on marketing but they should consider segmenting more on Product as well.
Similar to how coupons allow a company to sell the same product, at the same location, to a variety of income demographics, for different prices, without disrupting the market or significantly devaluing the product.
This concept should be applied to Product.
Same product, same place, available to many tiers of skill level and experience, with greater or lesser features to align with the same, without alienating the high-paying professionals who want all the frills and trils, nor those who only need to hum a baseline melody.
My two cents.
My Shop Mobile App was taken from me when I had a fraudulent charge back. After 6 months I WON the fraudulent charge back and was happy that I got Shop back on my phone.
So, what happened is really horrible, all of a sudden I am getting Retailers I don't care about selling their products on my phone, some videos etc... This is a BIG MESS !!!
Retailers and Videos are mixed up with my Brand, I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience.

I sent a message to SHOP, they send me back a ticket and said somebody will call me or send an email, this was 3 days ago, they still have not done anything !! Support is not very good. I don't really know about the APP. I like to know if some other Merchants have the same experience !!
This is a great product. It really helps users get going quickly and easily. I am a longtime web developer that uses this product instead of creating my own websites for my businesses so that I can have more time to focus on my store, products, advertising, and the such. It's gret to know that I have a great tech team backing my site just in case issues with updates and links occur.
Let me end by saying again "This is a great product"!

When making Collections, the image pulls in whatever image is displayed on the site. Instead, can Shop App allow you to upload an image for each Collection with specific image specs so that the images display better on Collections?
Shopify is a great platform for selling online products with lots of fitters that help you navigate through the page.
