Very user friendly. Initial campaigns are getting excellent return on ad spend

We've been very happy using the Shop app. The accelerated checkout makes the purchasing process incredibly quick and seamless for customers, and we've noticed an improvement in our conversion rate since enabling it. Anything that removes friction at checkout is a big win for an online store.

The AI Bot (Sidekick) is an amazingly power tool. I've had numerous complex issues not related to Shopify, yet the bot was able to guide me to successful completion of the tasks. If you are not using Sidekick in your store, you are under-utilizing your potential.

I’ve been using the Shop app and it’s been a great experience so far. It’s really easy to use, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes managing everything simple. Since I started using it, I’ve also noticed a boost in sales, which has been a huge plus. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward and effective tool for their business!

SHOP was connected to my online store but I rather ignored it until the last few days. After listening to the webinar on Thursday about running a SHOP campaign I decided to pay attention and spent the time needed to sort out some issues with my catalogue and Collection details on SHOP. It was a pleasant surprise to see the functionality and marketing to customers on the SHOP app.
Now I am looking forward to running my first campaign. It sounds more promising than Meta & Google ads.
I also plan to research the partner apps that can be added to enable reviews. This is something I have wanted but wasn't ready to spend the time and money to add reviews to my online store so a partner app on SHOP my be the easiest solution for me.

It's great that Shopify includes this as part of their package. To have another platform to sell on is a great benefit, especially to those like us who are just starting out. It syncs effortlessly to what we've already created in our store.

If they are new to Shopify, Shop is a great place to get started with ads. I know from many months for sales that you can not advertise with ppc ads as you are growing your business. I personally have lost thousands of dollars running ads with google.
