This app has made our world a lot easier, from reducing calls into our location, de-escalating customer issues, keeping customers informed and knowledgeable, and making it easy for us to pinpoint keywords that are customers are having questions about.

What an app!

ShopBot has handled a lot of our customer service issues over the past few weeks. Customer service questions that would take a few hours to handle due to the size of ur team now takes a few seconds.
