The Customer Service of this App is just horrible, asked many times for help, most time I didnt received an answer then they wanted me to buy a subscription otherwise they wont help me. Just an awful expirience!

Hi, we have configured two customized workflows for you. It's all free!

You are running multiple stores and run out of usage limit. Since you don't have the intention to pay our service, so we can't provide a customized service for you.

But you can still use the tool and design workflows by yourself.

Didn´t worked as expected. Customer Service told us that they will help us. But nor more communication. They are just ignoring us
