A great starting out experience as Chris is super responsive to any questions and the app looks very simple to get started
It's been super frustrating trying to get set up and running. I've tried to contact support several times and no one gets back to me. Trying to run memberships but never lets anyone make a payment, just returns to the login page all over again. It's a shame because this app/features has been my fave but if I can't get this fixed, it's pretty useless to me.

Our store set up a free trial with Shopical back in September and almost immediately deleted it as it did not meet our needs (a public community not gated by login). However, ever since then our FB Ads account has been getting blocked for spam because they associate us with this link: https://cdn-a.shopicial.com/js/shopicial.min.js?shop=XXX.myshopify.com We need all references to Shopical deleted so we can continue to run ads. Ads are how we bring in new customers to the business and we are suffering financial loss. I tried emailing the listed support admin@app1pro.com and it bounced. I would stay far away from Shopical if you run any paid social.
Hello, I am sorry to hear that. Since you removed the app, all JS files from the app will be removed as well. Our email provider has been having problems for a while of times recently. Now it is working fine. In all cases, you can contact us using the contact form inside the app. It uptime 100%.
Users who registered were not able to interact or post, they dont show up on users page, and on the trial plan they tell you it will take 24h for respond, that is a worthless trial don't mind me.
Users need to login to able to interact or post. The Free trial plan will take up to 24h to respond but in fact, I replied to you within less than 1 hour.
