I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BE ABLE TO ADD SECTIONS IN THE TEMPLATE BUT OTHERWIS EIT WAS GREAT - VERY SIMPLE TO USE
Super easy to use and it can read the discount code you create and provide a template with it for most holidays. However, it could be better if it can create with coding or cooperate with Stripo email that offers thousands of beautiful templates for you to integrate with main email sender service tool.
I love how easy is it to use. Simply format. Simple to learn on your own. I my favorite thing is how it easily and automatically links with products in my store. What I don't like is the limited functions like I can't copy and paste small pics or emojis in the body of the text. It doesn't have the bells and whistles of expensive paid ecommerce email marketing apps, but the ease of it is valuable to me.
I can't send due to an upper limit error even though I haven't sent 5 messages It cannot be used as it is, so please support it.

I find this app super helpful, and its handy to have an e-mail campaign app that I don't have to navigate away from my website to use. It's quite basic but that's really all I need and I can't fault its set up. It's intuitive to use and pretty straight forward. However, I would love the ability to set a default colour palette so that my e-mails match my website and so I don't have to change the templates manually. It would make using the app a lot quicker and more convenient. It'd also be great to be able to set a default font. Overall, very happy with this app - I would give it five stars if not for the suggestion outlined above.

I used it to make some emails for my marketing and it was really easy and straightforward to use. it allowed me to customise everything from the logo of the email to the product images that i put in

I used this app to send an important advise to some of our customers, what I didn't find how to do it or if there is a way to send personalized emails.
Easy to setup and reasonable cost. A place to purchase premade templates to use and some automatic emailing would be nice.

I really wanted this to be better than it is. This feels like a beta product at best as it's just not up to par with similar tools that are available on the market now (i.e. Mailchimp). Functionality that I've taken for granted (copying campaigns, posting to multiple social media sites) is simply missing. Audience selection is also poorly integrated into the overall product. Lastly, the actual campaign building tool is slow and a little janky to use. I'd wait this one out until Shopify figures out what works and what doesn't. If their "Ping/Chat/Inbox" chat debacle is any indication of their development process, then I'd wait it out for another year at least. Shopify can do better than this.
