I like everything if only the limit on the number would be removed(((. I do not have many clients in total, but several clients are often added. Therefore, I send mailing to 2-5 clients every day, and the limit on sending puts pressure on me.((

It is easy to use, but i wish i could add more than one product or photos in one email for customers to get a glimpse of what in store, rather than one item.

It doesn't work. We're getting a white screen of death when trying to create a new email campaign. Frankly, not surprised. It's somehow in the Shopify's DNA to blow feature launches :)

UPDATE: Seems to work. Looks good so far.

It is easy to use. I do wish there were more features to it though. I would like to have more control of products in a row rather than just down only. Thank you

I think that we need more options for templates - as in instead of just stacking pictures or products they should have an option for tiles (i.e. featuring a collection in your email)

It's a GREAT app to send basic newsletters, however, for 5 stars it would need to have additional features like i.e. the option to insert responsive grids, more fonts and custom fonts. Other than that we are very happy that we can use a stable and safe app that is very easy to use. Thank you Shopify for enabling us to not have to use 3rd party apps.

I used this app to begin my marketing emails. It's so convenient to have this service built in (as it wasn't offered before). I just scheduled my first campaign and look forward to see how it performs. I would like to see more editing features offered in this service. Currently I can only make simple layouts with little editing abilities, but hope to cancel my other email marketing service and just all my marketing consolidated in my shopify account.. which I think is a HUGE plus.

Great app, more improvement could be implemented, like more templates to chose from. But overall amazing. Great to see shopify finally implement more things that we can actually utilize for a benefit. We sent a special discount, and already made our first sale! :) Shoutout to Amy from shopify for the help!!

Update: Amy from Customer Support contacted me and solved the issue. Appreciate their prompt response on this matter!! Tested the app and it works fine and gets the job done.

I read on Shopify's newsletter that Shopify Email is available globally since a week ago. But when I tried to install it, it says:

"Shopify Email is coming soon

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available."

Why roll it out when its not available? It frustrates your customers.
