Hallo im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr cooles Tool! Habe nur ein Problem und zwar habe Ich gesehen das Automatisierte Emails teilweiße nicht versendet werden oder beim Empfänger ankommen! Ich weiß nicht was ich machen soll. Bitte um Hilfe! Danke

This an update to my previous rating. This app is a time saver. It really saves me from having to draft email myself.

This is a great free app. Very basic but it works. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I would like a function where I can resend an email to customers who has not opened the previous email.
UPDATE:
I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because I received few emails from customer support and they enabled the app. I like the simplicity of the app but it seems it is still being developed as we speak because it it very slow for me. I'm sure they will get it right!
I don't understand...I installed the app and it says:
"Shopify Email is coming soon
Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available."
Why do you advertise something, and let people install it, if it's not avaliable?

Install this APP , but still can't work now !
So , I ask Shopify customer service , and got reply " we're onboarding all Shopify accounts in stages, and all accounts should have access by the end of April :) " , so I think if you can't use now , might be waiting until end of April ....
It has very basic features so far. I am excited to see what they will come out with in terms of automation and integration with other apps. If they can do that they will blow the competition totally out of the market. For now only giving it 4 stars because it is a little too barebones. My website: www.gearscanada.com
I used the app for the first time today. I found it was very easy to use and satisfied my needs for my first project. Im looking forward to more templates and functionality as the app progresses. So far, very happy
This is a great app. It allows e-mails to be built and sent to customers with ease. It even lets you send a test e-mail out and review the e-mail before it is sent.
It would be great however if the following features were added:
1. The ability to add hyperlinks in the text sections
2. Being able to add a single line separator instead of having to use multiple underscores
3. Having the capability to add multiple products in one line (instead of just one large product)
4. Having the font size scale down in the mobile to match the way it looks on a desktop.
This app helps with my drop shipping business and costumer service is very helpful. I appreciate how helpful they are.
We love the overall simplicity and useability of the native Shopify Email app. The sync from branding saves a bunch of time so you don't have to reconfigure that multiple times. 10,000 emails per month is plenty for us right now!
The only thing preventing me from giving this a 5 star is being forced to use the same email address as setup in the store. I know it's convenient since it is all synced from the main settings of the store, but if I can sync the branding and then change it why can't we sync the from address and change it if desired?
