User friendly.
Shopify has helped me so much in connecting with my customers. It's amazing!
Application suddenly throttling emails, not providing marketing reports data and taking days for test emails to come through. Support is every 24 hours and a solution hasnt been found.

Nice App, automations increase sales
As of right now, i'm still getting used to the app and setting up various processes. I only give it four stars because I'm still learning it. But i would recommend i to another business owner.
Nice product , but you can do the furhter improvement.
