I really like Shopify email and the fact that it is free and integrates easily. It is easy to use. My only two downfalls are (1) that I am limited in the amount of emails it allows me to send per week. I would like to send 3 emails per week to my subscribers, but I am unable to do so pending how I space them out. And (2) the email tends to take forever to load pictures, freezes up on me, etc. I have tried different browsers and experience the same results. I'm continuing to use it until I can find something a bit better to suit my needs.

Okay, I like wear they are trying to do but this is way too laggy. The aesthetics are nice and I like the starter templates, however if I’m uploading a photo to create the email, the image doesn’t upload. It’s not the image because other images would upload. Which makes it weirder right? I think there needs to be some major updates when it comes to email photo uploads. Other than that, the app is decent.

It was very easy to design a quick email. But there weren't many options to choose from so it felt very limiting in options.

Very good app but recently the mail stops sending at just 15%. The funny part is the money wwas charged already.

I use this app to send emails to our customers, and most of them love it. Why I give 4, it's because I would be excellent if I could select to send to all customers outside my country.. now I can only choose between my country or all countries including my own.

I used it to send emails. It is very user friendly. I did look at a video about it, but that is because i wasn’t sure what to expect. Good Experience and I would recommend this app. 4 stars and not five? I sent about 31 emails and I have about 3 left before they start charging. Meh...

Shopify is easy to use and maintain. Very beginner friendly.
I would recommend to any new or current business owners.

The only sure thing that's great is that the merchant gets 2.5K emails, but you know what's so terrible about the shopify email? You cannot email your customers in the event there are refund concerns, delivery questions, or just emailing them to resolve any kind of issue. And the craziest part about this issue, the customer was refunded their FULL AMOUNT for their order, but shopify still kept the processing fee. I don't know whether to laugh or slap myself. Perhaps both while scrapping this app altogether. You know how much confusion and frustration has been experienced, and not to mention the inconvenience. All that money taken in, and we can't even get any extra tiny perk that would assist in bringing in more business. Just WOW!

You can use Shopify Inbox (https://bit.ly/3o7hdZz) to chat with your customers when they are on your store and if they leave the store, then it will send the reply via email, As for emailing customers directly, you can send emails directly through the order (https://bit.ly/3bTmgXN) from your admin.
