Haven't launched my site yet but it looks like automations work well. Although I have difficulty following the logic, hierachies and jargon as I'm used to other systems.

Really a great app, especially as it has no additional charges.

Simple to use. Basic app for starting on shopify and building your brand. We could see ourselves using it long term because of it's simplicity.
