Very intuitive and efficent tool All required steps are clearly explained and easy to use for anyone

I love the idea of Shopify Email, but this is way too basic for our needs. I was hoping it would be similar or better than the old Mailchimp/Shopify integration, but it doesn't even come close. There are both basic and advanced features that are missing.

Here are some missing features:

-2 and 3 column sections

-sections that allow you to add your choice of standard content blocks (buttons, text ...

I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO BE ABLE TO ADD SECTIONS IN THE TEMPLATE BUT OTHERWIS EIT WAS GREAT - VERY SIMPLE TO USE

Instead of the companies legal name the template footer states the shop name along with the address. Same with the copyright remark. In this respect, the marketing emails sent are legally problematic.

DO NOT INSTALL if you have multilingual site. After installing you will lose abandoned cart email you had before installation. This app shouldn't be able to be installed on multilingual setups. Is there even a way to get my previous multilingual automation emails back?

I tried to use it in lieu of G-Suite or Office but it seems super clunky that way. I was hoping to send individual emails to prospective clients, but you have to draw from a list of already subscribed members. If you people, it doesn't seem to allow you to select individuals, only lists and lists only seem to come from those that subscribe on Shopify (vicious circle). Seems like a lot of work to ...

There is potential here but it's a little bit too basic. They have literally a handful of templates and right now they're all about Black Friday. Small business owners like me like to have some content already created (welcoming new subscribers, product launch etc ) to take the guess work away because I don't have time to exist already. This is an app with good intentions but it has a long way to ...

Not sure if I'm using the app wrong, but it only imports 690 of the 2200 people on the customer list, despite stating that there is no limitation on the number of subscribers.

Install this APP , but still can't work now !
So , I ask Shopify customer service , and got reply " we're onboarding all Shopify accounts in stages, and all accounts should have access by the end of April :) " , so I think if you can't use now , might be waiting until end of April ....

I like the cool animated graphic but wish I could also customize the email a bit more with adding images of my own.
