The best and basically it's free to use I think I would just stick to shopify email marketing .....................................
Worst email app on the store, only thing it's got going for it is that it's cheap & can do flows but tbh it needs to be cheap now that shopify is taking fee's from all 3rd party transactions including buy now pay later services which already take too much. Moving the abandoned cart emails into this app while it is so half baked has me angry, I had an awesome template but now it's gone as you guys are forcing us to use this. I can't make anywhere near as good of an email in this app as I could using OrderlyEmails: Email Templates and just pasting the code into shopify. This app can't even size images properly, recommend products or display dynamic discount codes to draw a customer back. Such a lack of customization, lack of social networks you can list in your footer. The footer is just plain terrible tbh. Stop rolling this out until it's actually a good app!

I'm sad to hear that the recent changes made to emails and automations haven't been something that you've been able to get value from. Having greater customization of your emails, and using your own custom templates, is incredibly helpful for merchants that want to have greater control over their marketing and branding emails. I've gone ahead and passed this review to our Product Team for their consideration, and also made a feature request to ask for greater customization options in the future. Pretty basic email app. Does the job 80% of the time. Noticed that if you send an email to an app that supports dark mode on IOS your style is completely broken.

There are not as many features as Mailchimp or others, but how can you beat the price! The app is easy to use and reliable. For future improvements - I would really like to have the ability to ad a divider line.
Cons:
You cannot do custom segmentations inside the app.
Templates are limited.
Deliverability takes too much time.
No automations.

Easy to setup, manage and track how well each one does. Limited by the number of emails you can send per month with base account.

I discovered this app two weeks ago, and I am amazed by how easy and simple it is to use!
I have gained more and more subscribers and most importantly many of the potential customers ended up purchasing!
Thank you so much for introducing this app, it made email marketing a lot easier!
This is a lovely app! However, it would be useful to add few design options to match our theme, for example allow square and hollow buttons, etc.

The app went into maintenance mode while I was writing the email and when it came back online the draft was gone, so that was not a good first impression. After it came back online and I started a new mail, it was smooth sailing.
