to open the app i have to go into the app store, find the app then click to add app. it does not want to load in from the shopify control screen

It was quick and easy to use, most of the information was automatically merged in. My only complaint is that the emails get marked as spam.

It becomes better than the first time I've tried to use it. If you guys can add the function that shows more than one product per line and add products based on their Series would be better.

For a free email marketing tool, don't expect much from this. It works on standard automation such as; "Welcome", "Abandoned", "Offers" etc. However, it gets pretty annoying when you want to customise a template to send an email to customers who purchased a certain product/collection. And you want to get segmentation details of. your customers. You won't find anything in the HELP articles, it's just a merry-go-round situation. This by Shopify is to just make up the FREE services. KLAVIYO is much much better in all aspects.

Installed it on 2 different stores and have followed the help guides and just met with the same message "Shopify email will be available soon". Why announce that it's released to everyone if it's not?

Designed by a team of people never seen or used mailing software before... Do not use it for any critical or timely campaigns. Because when you click send (as in star your email campaign) it doesn't mean they are sending right away, as in all of the other email tools. For example when you ask 3 hours later why even one email sent to your customers they say that's normal. It's normal for them but not the rest of us...

It doesn't even have the really basic feature that makes us look for an email marketing app, the ability to set a welcome email automation. Customer support on the other hand is very attentive and helpful, got contacted via email with some apps suggestions and options to get the feature i needed set up, it was a very nice gesture and i am really grateful.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP RIGHT NOW.

First email got 30% opens, then got restricted for trying to send a 2nd email with a few days?

No ability to filter by opened / not opened so don't understand how else I could have done it. Now being told there are weekly sending limits.

App looks nice hence the 2 stars but unusable right now. Will have to move back to Mailchimp. Wish I hadn't wasted a day setting it all up ‍♂️

I now remember why I uninstalled this last November. I spent a lot of time setting up my automations and I noticed they were not being sent. Spent more hours with support trying to understand why they were not sent. He told me that that the "time frame" has not been met. Ok, so I wait. He said if I have an issue to reopen the chat. Well, the automation is set for 4 hours, and at hour 5, still not sent. Reopened the chat and nothing haven't heard a word. So now, I have several emails that could have been sales, lost because the app is not working as it's suppose to. Nicki Lynn Jewelry

I understand you have some concerns about delays in your emails being sent out when using the Shopify Email app. If you are sending emails out to 1000+ subscribers then your emails may be sent in batches. This is to reduce the risk of the emails being flagged as spam by email providers.
