Hello Shopify. I like the idea of this email being created by Shopify itself. However, this app is missing A TON of important features. Is there a way that you guys can add the following automatic emails:
Order Confirmation, Order Cancellation, Order Follow-up, Shipping Notification, Delivery Notification, Abandon Cart, Product Recommendation, Birthday and Cross Selling.
Also can you guys add features like, social icons in the footer of the website and website information.
Buttons for: Order Tracking, Order Cancelling, Order Editing, etc.

Everything works great, very handy app. But lacks translation support.
There is no way to fully translate your emails.
So not as good for international shops.

First I thought: GREAT! and it already is, but I thought there will be more included, than just the newsletter tool... Forms, Automation e-mails etc.
But no. That would be so great, to handle it all in shopify directly without any third party.

I have to say you guys professing you are E-Commerce experts has to be questioned at times. It would appear that after all the 'testing' you have done, your team on this has completely ignored the most basic user (customer) experience. We like others find its not available for our store. ... but YOU ONLY DISCOVER THIS AFTER YOU HAVE INSTALLED THE APP.

Able to upload the Shopify Email App but very limited for personalization the marketing e-mail. Any help please ?
Just by exemple, Not able to add a Text section over the logo section.

Just wanted to send an email to all my subscribers. It did it. Perfect. Now I need to make up the rest of the 100 characters which almost makes me reduce the score to a 4 out of 5
The e-mails are easy to edit and the selection of pre-made styles save a lot of time! The "freebie" emails are limited only by number of recipients, so you aren't having to pay for exclusive features.
