It shows personalization as {last name} literally. What a ridiculous function

If it's not doing this we would need to look into this with you in more detail in order to assist further. Les mails sont très simples à réaliser par contre ne pas pouvoir sélectionner directement les mail souhaités est très contraignant et donc inutilisable pour ma boutique . Les paramètres des segments ne sélectionnent pas parfaitement la cible souhaitée

I must confess i'm not happy with this. First of all i thought that Shopify was helping is during this covid period and in fact ... "Shopify Email is not available for your store yet." Hope that it will soon change and that shopify will really help us ...

This app divides emails into batches so that they might take up to 72 hours for all of them to be sent out. It completely ruined my product launch because my email subscribers were expecting to receive an email at a certain time to order one of my limited edition items. Now half of them haven't even received the email, and they've been waiting for weeks.

Edit: App not sending any emails on Black Friday. This kills small businesses. Will find another app.

Shopify Email is not available for your store yet. The app will be automatically installed for you when it becomes available. Why do you publish an unavailable app here?
Update:Now I added the app. It's not always free. Paid for emails over 2000. But Shopify will control your marketing and shut down your email before it is sent to all of your customers. Although I paid the money. They only sent out 70% emails. It is very frustrating not having the control over your own list.

I can't send due to an upper limit error even though I haven't sent 5 messages It cannot be used as it is, so please support it.

At the moment, the Shopify Email app has a limit of 5 email campaigns per week. This resets every 7 days at 12:00 pm UTC. You can learn more about this limit here: https://bit.ly/36Uv9i2
