Very simple to use (even for a beginner!). Doesn't take too long to create a very professional looking email. Love it, and will continue to use it when I have sales, new products or whatever.
The app is really intuitive and easy to use. The templates are simple and elegant and with the backing of Shopify's secure servers and low spam / bounce rates it all makes for a very pleasant experience!
Really easy to use and has a lot of pre-set templates. I also love how easy it is to integrate the brand colors within the templates.
so far I like it and would love to see how far it can take me with my brand in terms of customer growth and retention. All features are great and functional.
Left expensive Klaviyo for this one and getting great results while saving cash!
A cost effective means to reach customers. The auto generated contents and the editing features make Shopify Email a great tool.
I love Shopify Email. I switched to this app after I couldn't afford using a paid third-party email service. It was a very easy switch, and I like all of the new automations I can experiment with!

I’ve spent hours trying to set up Shopify Email, following every official instruction step by step, only to be told after a long support chat that my store is “ineligible” — with no concrete reason why.
Yes, I’m on an active, paid Shopify plan.
Yes, I have the Online Store sales channel installed.
Yes, I have a payment provider set up.
Yet still, the only response I got was vague: “Eligibility involves multiple data points.” No specific guidance. No timeline. Just “use another app” — after days of waiting and troubleshooting.
This is beyond frustrating. If you want merchants to trust Shopify’s ecosystem, transparency and respect for our time are non-negotiable. If there are silent rules or hidden thresholds, say it clearly up front. Don’t bury us in vague corporate speak after we’ve already committed to your platform.
Until things change, I absolutely do not recommend relying on Shopify Email.
It's pretty simple to use if you need to customize a template. I'm still learning about the available features but so far so good with testing. One issue was the spacers in the template I used didn't look as good on an iPhone as they did on an iPad.
