We went with more elaborate and expensive apps and discovered that shopify email is easier to use and just as good for our start-up needs!

User friendly, detailed guidance, comprehensive for store owners to build and development their websites. As for our online/app store 'Karbini' (expert for customizing personal skin care and hair care products), Shopify offer options and layout we need for our store perfectly.

First email sent out and it was super easy and straight forward, Thank you

Simple but I still have to spend some time getting the email lists together. I wish they would allow us to embed videos or Instagram posts right from our content folder. I have tried uploading my videos that are 48 seconds to Youtube but it forces it into Shorts so I’m unable to add it to my emails. I also wished there were more and better templates for girls or the beauty industry.

would like more features for the blocks. it feels quite basic and video inserts and animations would allow for variation when sending emails.
is this being looked at?

Easy to use a good simple editing interface and enough detail in the dashboard.

It's easy to create campaigns and build brand awareness. Very functional app for email marketing.

I am an amateur user of email applications, so take that into consideration. BUT, for me and my current, simple, needs, it has been very easy to use. Also, my volume is very low so I have not passed beyond the FREE tier, which has been awesome (I look forward to getting into the numbers that are big enough to have to pay for as that should mean my business is doing well). - Only Pay for what you use not a monthly fee
- Super easy to use
- links everything directly from your store reducing clicks!

Cons
- Can take up to 4 hours for emails to be sent
- Emails not sent all at once

I would recommend it because it is easy to use.

It would be improved if email had an integration with my blog post, so I could send it out seamlessly with publication.
